I’ve contacted the customer support team for technical or other difficulties from both courses a couple of times and have always received good responses from them.

But if I have to pick the best customer support team that has always answered my queries on time, made sure I’m satisfied with the responses, and has helped me with any technical or other assistance, I have to pick Knowadays.

That’s because I had an affiliate issue recently, and they immediately helped me solve the issue. This made my work so much easier.

One of the first few things I look for in an online course is a customer support team. Proofread Anywhere has a customer support team, but you’ll have to pay $50 per 30 minutes for a 1-1 call with them. I feel that should’ve been free.

The workaround for this is to be active and ask questions in the Facebook Group where the same support team is active and answer all your questions for free!

If you email the support team, they usually respond within 24 hours (which is great) but sometimes tend to not reply.

No Work Guarantee

Proofread Anywhere course modules are great at teaching you how to make money proofread, and scale an online freelance business while living a stress-free life.

If you’re a student of Knowadays and you’ve passed, you have certification from a CPD-Accredited online course, which in my opinion does add value.

But what matters most is your skill, attention to detail, ability to consistently produce error-free content, and a good portfolio (if possible).

Learning how to be a proofreader online for free works, but you may spend quite some time figuring out the basics.

I recommend enrolling in one of the two online proofreading courses only if you can afford these courses.

You will save time, learn proofreading skills, make money faster, make more money (cause you have enough knowledge from professional proofreaders), and have a better lifestyle quicker.
